
个人简介:工学博士、副教授、研究生导师。2021年荣获华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,先后在香港理工大学、香港大学开展过研究工作。主要研究方向二维场效应晶体管界面改善及器件提升、光电忆阻器件在神经形态方面的应用研究,主持及参与自然科学基金4项,湖北省青年科技人才项目1项。在ACS Nano、Appl. Sur. Sci.、Energy等期刊发表论文近20余篇,荣获2023年湖北省电工学教学比赛二等奖。目前在我校低维量子研究中心从事二维材料器件的人工智能感知及神经形态计算仿生研究。
